Delivery
At POUCH, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- We currently ship within the United States only
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT will be processed the following business day
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
- Items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment
- Please note: items sent to P.O. Boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS

Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@drinkpouch.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Unopened products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, minus shipping costs.
